Joanne has significant experience in the design and renovation of healthcare facilities, libraries and design of large scale Energy Sector Administration facilities. Her projects range in scope from preliminary studies for funding purposes, to complete renovations. Joanne manages her projects with an approach to quality control and effective project delivery. Her methodology includes a thorough review of the existing building condition, operations and schedules, budgeting constraints and design options that take into account proper phasing to minimize operational disruption during construction.
