The Bedford House project, in Victoria Park, would provide 8 suites for a total of 30 beds including a handicapped suite on the ground floor. Administration and staff support areas would also be provided on the first and second floor including a meeting room, offices, staff lounge, and sign in area. There is also the opportunity for roof top access allowing a more relaxed outdoor space for the staff and residents. Accommodations have been made for a leased space on the ground floor which would tentatively house the Beltline Community Association.
