This signature building is a functional design, and the landscape fits not only with the lines of the building, but the surrounding environment. Born from the need for greater accessibility and electronic and communications advances, the centre is a high-tech education and administrative centre for Calgary's Real Estate community. The Alberta Association of Architecture, in partnership with Alberta Economic Development has produced a Chronicle of Significant Alberta Architecture, which highlights architecturally significant projects erected and still standing in Alberta. The Calgary Real Estate Board is listed among them.
