Prism Place is a new project currently in the final stages of construction documents. The building will be located at 214 -11th Avenue SW Calgary, and will include 10 floors plus penthouse. The main floor is commercial / retail leasing space, and the upper 9 floors and penthouse are commercial office spaces. Construction is scheduled to commence in April 2009. The building includes 3 levels of underground parking - 176 stalls. The parking layout was designed to maximize the parking potential. Structural design was match the architectural layout of the parking structure. Covered loading spaces are also provided at ground floor level.
