The Kenneth D. Taylor School is a new K-4 elementary school for the new community of Evanston, located in Northwest Calgary.
The project has been designed for 600 students and staff under the P3 design criteria set out in the Design Development Report.
The school will have a total core area of 3,541 m2 and a total modular classroom space of over 1,200 m2; for a total building area of 4,900 m2.
Construction was completed for the start of the 2016 school year.
This project is registered to achieve LEED® Silver Certification and is currently undergoing its performance period.
