The Boulevard at Dalhousie Master Plan and Concept
Calgary Co-op is redeveloping the Dalhousie Co-op, known as The Boulevard at Dalhousie, which includes a new grocery store, retail spaces for restaurants and other amenities, and a residential complex. This complex features a 23-floor building with 452 units, offering both rental and condominium suites. The design aims to manage site density and minimize community impact by aligning the building along the North-South axis, reducing shading, and stepping the structure to lessen its mass. Currently, the project is on hold.
